Shipping Policy

 Buying:

We would love to spread ourselves all over the world, however, due to the size of our parcels we can only ship to the UK.  Please be aware of this when you send us your order as we would hate for you to be disappointed.

We normally have a 4-5 week turnaround for hand painted chairs (which includes the sourcing, sanding, prepping, painting, lacquering and packaging) but we may be able to get your chairs to you earlier depending on how busy we are.  We always try to keep in touch with customers so that they know when to expect their lovely items. For Off The Shelf chairs we normally get these out within a week if we can.

Please bear with us for custom orders, upholstered chairs and those which need more prep or finishing as these require more attention to detail.   We will give you a better idea of time frame once we know the complexities of your order.

Being a sustainable company, we always try to use recycled and eco-friendly packaging.  That is why you may find all sorts of packaging used to protect your chairs.  It may not look pretty, but we hope that it will protect them from bumps during transit ;)

To send your chairs, we tend to use a courier service.  Whilst we hope that they are looked after when they leave the safety of our workshop, we cannot be made responsible for damage during transit. However, we are happy to offer small pots of touch-up paint if any issues occur and we will be on hand to talk to you about after care*. Please do not use anything sharp to open the packaging once received as we have had instances where customers have accidentally damaged their beautiful chairs in a haste to open them.

Hiring:

Once you get in touch with us about your event, we will create an order and send an invoice for you to check.  Once your deposit is taken we will then firm up delivery and collection with yourselves and your venue.  We are always available via email, so do feel free to chat to us about anything you need to know.

Refund Policy

We cannot accept refunds for any of our custom or hand painted chairs as they are painted on request.

If you find that you are dissatisfied with your chairs for any reason, please contact us directly so that we may assist you.
